On the afternoon of February 24, 2018, our court held a symposium for outstanding young judicial officers. The meeting was presided over by Party Secretary and Dean Chen Huiming, and Director of the Political Department Hua Yongzhi, Vice Director Li Weijun led the meeting. Six outstanding young judicial officers: Li Xianda, Luo Xiaobing, Xu Jiaxuan, Xiao Lin, Wu Jing, and Wang Liansheng attended the symposium. In the meeting, they enthusiastically spoke around the theme of "education and training, growth and development." They stated that the leaders attach great importance to the cultivation of young judicial officers in our court and create very good conditions. The young officers themselves must seize every opportunity to study actively, participate in multi-job training, mentoring system and external exchanges training to improve themselves. The Vice Director Li Weijun believes it is impossible to separate at the cultivation of young judicial officers from the powerful leadership and strong support of the party group of the court. The functional departments must carefully design the work carrier. The young officers must also pay more attention, and strive to cultivate a holistic view and comprehensive ability. Director Hua Yongzhi pointed out that the reserve cadre selection mechanism will become a normalization measure. Taking into account the adaptation of posts, the selection of personnel, the orders make no difference in the selection of officers. The young officers must have positive attitudes, find out gaps, and overcome deficiencies. Dare to endure hardships, take full advantage of young people's vitality and try to be the forerunners.
Dean Chen Huiming listened carefully to everyone's speech and also delivered an important speech. He pointed out that from the point of view of the cadre personnel structure, there is the an aging problem in middle-level cadre ranks of our court. In order to avoid the incompetence of green and yellow, the trainings to the young judicial officers must be step by step and efficiently. The young judicial officers must keep the following three things firmly in mind: firstly, be modest and eager to learn. Face up to their own disadvantages, not only to strengthen business learning, but also to strengthen political theory learning and party spirit cultivation, which can help broaden their horizons, and improve their organizational management capabilities; Secondly, bring self-pressurization. Do not limite to their own work, and strive to be excellent in all aspects. Dare to take responsibility, dare to take the leadership, and dare to be the forerunners. Thirdly, strictly follow the high benchmark. The young judicial officers should firmly establish the overall awareness, put public interests before private ones, be willing to sacrifice, and try to be leaders in pursuit, ambition, and mind.
